The project is directed towards sustainability through empowerment of self help groups. The SHG leaders will be well equipped in managing SHG functions, All SHG Group members will be empowered with knowledge and skills in business management. Initial capital fund, thrift savings amount will be utilized for income generating activities profitably. They will also be linked with the micro credit support and marketing channel by IPDP. So the sustainability of the project is ensured. .
