    A renowned social activist More than 26 years of project management experience in NGO/development sector, holds a M.A.in Sociology from the University of Bangalore. Worked with Paraspara Trust a Non Governmental Organization working towards the Elimination of Child Labour system in the Society. Founder of IPDP (Integrated Project for Development of People) marked its beginning in the year 2004. The main focus is on education, health, basic amenities, vocational training, women empowerment as well as child rights.

    He started his social work profession in 1986 with APSA ( Association for promoting social action) as a out reach field staff to work with slum communities and served for 40 years in various capacities with APSA and he is a member in many pro poor network and campaigns in Bangalore, had served as a President in IPDP for 12 years and now serving as a Trustee for IPDP.

    She started her social development profession in the year 2021 with IPDP and is working in various capacities in the organization and has experience in the field of education . She was Educator, Counselor & Mentor with work experience for over 3 decades. Dean @ Deeksha PU College - Bangalore (2012 - 2020),Principal @ Ryan Intl School - Yelahanka - Bangalore (2011 - 2012),Vice Principal @ Ryan Intl School - Kundalahalli - Bangalore (2010 - 2011),Her Passion is “ To work & make an impact in the life of one or more children. “She has participated in many training programmes related to women empowerment and is one of the Trustee for IPDP.

    She started her social Development profession in 2002 with IPDP and is working in various capacities in the organisation and was deputed to Bridge network for a period of 10 years to work with urban poor as a poverty Alleviation programmer for slum dwellers and their rights, She has participated in many training programmes related to women empowerment and is now working as a programme coordinator and Treasurer for IPDP.
